PERSONAL GROWTH
Navigating life's challenges can be daunting, but with the right support, it can also be a catalyst for personal growth. Whether you're facing career or academic changes, adjusting to new parenthood, navigating divorce or breakups, relocating to a new city, or coping with the loss of friendships, I'm here to help. Clients often seek assistance with issues such as overcoming perfectionism, combating impostor syndrome, dealing with loneliness, navigating relationship challenges, managing uncertainty about the future, enhancing self-esteem, understanding family dynamics, processing difficult childhood experiences, and healing from past trauma or hurtful events.
RELATIONSHIPS
Relationships are the cornerstone of our lives, shaping our sense of belonging and fulfillment. Whether it's with your spouse, partner, family, or friends – and most importantly, with yourself – I'm here to help you build healthier, more fulfilling connections. Through therapy, we'll explore your role within your relationships, untangle complex dynamics, and develop communication skills and boundaries that foster understanding and intimacy.
STRESS/ANXIETY
Working in healthcare is deeply fulfilling, but it also comes with distinct challenges. Recognizing that mental health is just as important as physical health, I believe those in healthcare professions deserve access to the support and benefits of therapy. Feeling supported enables us to provide better care for our patients and find fulfillment in our work. My goal is to help clients prioritize self-care and mental wellness, empowering them to excel in their careers, maintain balance in their personal lives, and effectively manage burnout.
Stress and anxiety can feel overwhelming, clouding our joy and clarity. Through mindfulness techniques, stress management strategies, and personalized interventions, I empower clients to regain control over their thoughts and emotions. Together, we’ll address the root causes of anxiety—whether stemming from stressful life events, past trauma, behavioral patterns, or relationship issues—helping you live a more balanced and fulfilling life. Make space in your mind for what matters most!
As a fellow Jewish millennial, I bring a unique perspective to the therapy room, shaped by our shared cultural background and identity. I feel honored to support Jewish men and women—regardless of how they define their religious identity and practice—on issues related to relationships, couples, women's concerns, trauma (including intergenerational family trauma such as the Holocaust), and the exploration of religious and cultural identity.
